the staff's friendliness impressed me. marianne at the bar crafted instant connections. the butternut squash soup tasted AMAZING!!! i found the hotel stylish. our executive suite had all essentials.
i noticed the absence of a late checkout. it would enhance convenience.

the check-in offered friendly service, especially from riley, this made a good first impression. housekeeping staff, pat, denise, and donna, were very cute. the parking felt really secure, giving me peace of mind.
My room had an electrical socket that did not work, it was quite inconvenient. the shower tap was loose, so i had to be careful when using it. the curtain was starting to disconnect from the rail. It needed some attention.

the family room was spacious and very modern. the private patio area was a great addition for sitting outside. check-in was efficient, and the staff member, riley, provided clear explanations and a warm welcome.
walking through the corridors, they looked outdated. fortunately, the room was surprisingly nice and modern, though the mattress was quite firm.

The breakfast service met expectations, i found many selections available and everything seemed fresh. The location provided convenient access to local attractions and i liked the ample on-site parking, it made coming and going easy. the bed was very comfortable and i slept soundly. The spacious bathroom had excellent lighting, which i found helpful for getting ready each day.
I noticed the coffee machine was not working and that limited beverage options. I hoped for a more diverse selection .

the food was really tasty. the room was a refreshing step up from anodyne chain hotel blandness. i STAY regularly in chain hotels.
the water IS tad too cold to be fully enjoyable. the fire ALARMS kept going off. the staff gave no support or communication.
